• Mara @ Guest House (WIP): Relationship ≥100? She appears in the guest house with a light towels fetch loop you can do between scenes (+affection, cooldown + weekly cap so it’s not farmable).

• Super Gym Equipment (NEW): A high-end home upgrade that adds +5 permanent strength gain per workout. Costs $100,000. Painful… but worth it.

Roadmap: flesh out Guest House tasks, optional talk pack toggle, and more mortgage UX polish.

• Morning → Night: Choose rooms from a top-nav hub. Each room has actions (eat, shower, train, laptop work, etc.).

• Economy: Do gigs and AI art/video to earn cash. Spend it on upgrades that permanently improve the loop.

• Stats: Energy / Hygiene / Hunger / Fitness matter and interact with upgrades.

• Relationships: Dialogue + actions raise relationship scores. Hit thresholds → scenes, sprites, and gallery unlocks.
